Parking
The Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM) offers a variety of parking facilities to meet your needs. All parking lots operate 24 hours and are security patrolled.
Please note that the parking lot for direct-flight sun destination travellers out of the Greater Moncton International Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM) has changed. This is for passengers of Sunwing and Air Transat flights from YQM.
Effective immediately, travellers for these flights must use the Parking 2 (P2) lot located at 1575 Champlain Street across from the Irving Circle K. Cost is $60 per week and payment can be made at P2 by cash/debit/credit. A free shuttle bus to the Airport Terminal Building from this parking lot is available beginning three hours before the flight’s departure. The shuttle will also return you to P2 after you return to YQM.
Security staff will be on site to guide travellers and answer questions. We advise travellers to factor this into your plans.
Short-term Parking (P1)
The short-term parking at the Greater Moncton Roméo LeBlanc International Airport (YQM) is conveniently located in front of the airport entrance.
Hourly Parking Rates
Parking rates are $4.00 per hour ($2.00 per 30 minutes or part thereof). The first 15 minutes of parking are free. Just validate at one of the outside kiosk. Normal parking rates apply after 15 minutes.
Example 1:
Enter gate at 1:00 p.m.
Payment transaction upon departure at 1:14 p.m.: No charge
Example 2:
Enter gate at 1:00 p.m.
Payment transaction upon departure at 1:31 p.m.: $2.00
Save time by paying for parking at one of our pay stations located at the short-term parking entrance area inside the terminal building. Simply bring your ticket with you and pay as you leave the airport. The pay stations accept cash, credit or debit cards.
Payments can also be made at our exit gates when exiting the parking lot. Only credit or debit cards are accepted at the exit gates.
Long-term Parking (P1)
The long-term parking area is located just below the hourly parking area. Follow the signs for long-term parking when driving up to the terminal building.
You can walk to the terminal entrance from any of the parking spaces.

Payment with credit or debit cards out of our short and long-term parking lots is available at our 3 exit gates.
Payment by cash, credit and debit can also be done at one of the pay stations located inside the entrance next to our short-term parking area.
Accessible Parking Areas
Accessible parking spaces are available in all our parking areas.
Two of these spaces are located indoors in underground parking but require pre-booking. The cost to reserve one of these spots is $100 weekly. If you require assistance with accessible parking or would like to reserve one of the underground spaces, please call our airport security staff at 506-856-5429.
Passenger Pick-up and Drop-off
Passengers may be dropped off or picked up at the main doors of the terminal building. Please follow the signs to Departures and Arrivals when driving to the airport.
There is absolutely no parking at our main doors except for designated vehicles such as taxis. Vehicles may not be left unattended. Tickets may be issued to those parked in an unauthorized area.
Cell Phone Waiting Area
A free cell phone waiting area for vehicles is available to help with congestion around the terminal building. Drivers arriving to pick up passengers at the airport will be directed to the new cell phone waiting area located next to the airport on Aviation Avenue, as a measure to avoid vehicles idling curbside in front of the terminal building or around the property. Parking is for max. 30 minutes until the person you’re picking up calls you to say they’re ready at the pickup area.
